Refund & Shipping Policy:

Shipping:

  • Shipping Rates are calculated based on the size of the box for your products.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping – unless otherwise stated for expedited shipping.
  • Supplement and skincare sales available to U.S. shipping addresses ONLY.

Return Policy:

If you have an issue with ANY product, please FIRST contact us at info@woodlandswellness.com within 30 days of receipt and our team will assist you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer requesting the refund. Shipping costs will be not be refunded on any items returned.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you to ensure a positive outcome. Refunds will be provided to the credit card used to make the purchase.

However, please note the following:

  • Return authorizations must be obtained from info@woodlandswellness.com before returning any product.
  • No refunds will be processed until the package has been returned to us.
  • Products must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Shipping on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • It can take up to 10 business days for refunds to fully process.
  • Items purchased at a sale price is a final sale and non-refundable.

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share or sell your information with any third party outside of our organization.
